All orders are sent using the Royal Mail - 1st Class Mail.
Costs for multiple items vary as they are weight dependant, but  are kept to  minimum, and suffice to say one cotton bag costs £2.00 p & p, and pro rata for more items.

Bags are generally despatched within 3 - 4 days of order, following acceptance of proofed design.  Any delays in sending will be notified by e mail or phone. As all orders are 'made to order' and not 'off the shelf', orders cannot be cancelled.  Your Statuatory Rights as detailed in  www.bis.gov.uk/files/file14635.pdf

Returns:  As all DD Couture items are made to order, returns are not allowed unless they are structurally and materially defective, on arrival, i.e ripped or torn.  Please contact DD Couture immediately on receipt of goods, if you have a problem.  Goods will need to be sent at buyers expence, and by recorded delivery or other method  to provide traceable proof of posting to DD Couture.
